Ohhh, Spring is getting so close!
Here in the Tri-State area, we are still in recovery mode after Super Storm Sandy. Ugh. So many homes, business and recreational areas have been totally destroyed.
It isn’t easy picking up the pieces and getting back on track with a lot of things. Joe and I have restarted our “getting healthy” commitment and we are getting into gear.
There are more healthy choices in the house and we are going to make sure we get our walks in regularly. Honestly, it’s been a depressing winter. Plus we just got over the nasty nuero virus that is going around so it’s time to shake of the winter blues.
