Leapin’ Lizards! New blind, legless lizard just discovered

Yikes!  Not much of a looker (OK, beauty is in the eye of the beholder,)…but a new blind legless specie of lizard has been discovered in the mountains of Cambodia.  There are about 200 legless lizard species and surprizingly, 50 other new reptiles discovered worldwide in the past decade.

Scientists say it may use it’s nose to hunt for earthworms, ants and termites.
