Good people doing good things in the Woofy Woo Crew

Hello Woofy Woo Pals,

While we were reading the blog posts in the Woofy Woo Crew, posted by Trixie, Lily and Sammie-Joe.  Those names may be familiar to you because they were featured as blog of the week on Pet Blogger Support Saturday some time ago.

They are hosting a chip in and prize giveaway for their friend Apollo.  Here is what they posted:

Hi everyone! We are new to this group (The Woofy Woo Crew Community of Pet Lovers) but we listen to the Pets Teach Us So Much radio show every week. We wanted to let you know that we are having a big event on our blog!

We have a friend named Apollo who was adopted through the same rescue organization that Trixie was adopted through, and where Mama volunteers.  Shortly after he was adopted, his family found out he has some serious, lifelong medical issues! The rescue organization is going to foot the bill so Apollo can get all the treatment he needs, but they are in need of donations to help out. So we are having a big, ten-day-long raffle!

From March 5 to March 12, we will be reviewing and displaying lots of different pet products and other goodies that have been donated to us. then, from March 13 to March 15, you will be able to enter raffles for any of these items! On March 16, we will announce all of the winners.

To enter the raffle, you have to make a donation via our Chip In fund. You can find it here: Or use the widget on our blog.  For every $1.00 you donate, you will have one entry into the raffle! On March 13 to 15 there will be a list of items, and all you will have to do is make a comment telling us how many raffle tickets you want to spend on each item.

We would love it if you all would come! Even if every one of our friends donates just one single dollar, we will be able to donate over $100 for Apollo’s medical treatment. When we all pitch in and help each other, we can make miracles happen!
