A Lazy Sunday Leads to Doggie Arm Rests-and sore shoulders

We were just trying to catch up on some emails and such, while a pot of Cajun bean soup simmered on the stove.  It’s hot and sticky and crowded at the Jersey Shore…plus we are coming off of a full moon.  This is a recipe for staying home and enjoying some quiet time.

So, I just couldn’t understand why my shoulders and arms started to ache. Then I figured it out!  Like most pet parents, we don’t want to disturb the “fur babies” when they are sleeping.  Phil and Cha had baths and mani-pawdies this morning.  They had Sunday din-din early and they were ready for a rest…with Mommy-peep ON Mommy-peep.

This gives me a pair of armrests that would make any Chiropractor cringe.  As if that isn’t enough contorting for one day…Phil decides she needs a head rest.  How about here…
